Voice & Tone
Plaaayground speaks with clarity, confidence, and craft. Our voice is technical but human — precise without being cold.
Our personality
Plaaayground sits at the intersection of craft and accessibility. We take the work seriously, never ourselves. Our voice should feel like talking to a senior designer who genuinely wants to help.
Principles
Clear over clever
Say what you mean directly. Avoid jargon, metaphors, and ambiguity.
Technical but warm
We respect our users' intelligence. Be precise, but sound like a human.
Concise
Every word earns its place. Cut filler, hedging, and unnecessary qualifiers.
Action-oriented
Lead with what the user can do. Focus on outcomes, not features.
Critical conventions
Whenever possible, use clear terminology. Avoid jargon. Lead with active voice.
